Dusty the Vacuum

Meredith is obsessed with this toy @ playschool, so Anna ("Mother of the year") went to three stores to find her one. She cleaned all evening...

Sledding

It was a very cold day today, but we had fun! We spent some time, of course, cooking in Mer's kitchen. Then we headed to Sylvan Lake golf course for some prime sledding! Mer went down some small hills, but she really loved checking out the big kids going down the big hill - she hasn't stopped talking about sledding all day!

Pasta Necklaces

After attempting to build a gingerbread house, I decided to try a less messy, non-edible craft - pasta necklaces. I dyed the rigatoni earlier this week and Mer enjoyed stringing the pasta. This girl loves art!

Last Hurrah

Mer and I finished the holiday season by decorating a gingerbread house...it didn't go as planned. She would not allow ANY of the candy to be 'wasted' as house decorations. She removed all pieces as soon as they were placed on the roof...and put them right in her mouth. Hmmm, we'll try this again next Christmas.
