Easter Egg Hunt

We had a fun going to the Easter Egg Hunt at our church this morning.  There were hundreds of kids, but plenty of eggs for everyone.   Mer was lucky to pick an egg containing a special prize ticket.  She won a box of Peeps and a Peeps t-shirt!  The Easter bunny wished Mer and Charlie a Happy Easter!

Circus & Swimming

We had a great weekend, filled with activities.  We went to the Shrine Circus with Patsi, Bryan, and Gavin, and then it was off to the hotel for an overnight with LaLa & Bumpa.  Meredith, Charlie, and Gavin had a lot of fun splashing in the pool!

Maple Syrup

We had a nice time at Blandford for the maple syrup festival.  Mer got her face painted, ate pancakes, and learned out maple syrup is made.  Charlie had fun too!

Dinner Time

Charlie loves dinner time.  Well, he loves any meal time, really.  Tonight he had some chicken with rice and carrots, practiced picking up and eating puffed cereal, enjoyed a frozen teething toy for dessert, and then topped off the dinner hour with some vigorous bouncing. 
Saturday is the maple syrup festival, so we'll be posting lots of family photos this weekend!

Charlie's new favorite "hobby"

Charlie is obsessed with jumping. He is particularly fond of his Johnny-Jump-Up, which he will use for 10-15 minutes at a time.

Ice Festival 2013

We enjoyed checking out the ice sculptures in Rockford this morning.  Mer enjoyed stomping around in the snow.  It's nice to finally have some sunshine!
