Christmas Outtakes

Here are some of the many photos we captured in front of the tree last Saturday.  Charlie is really not interested in sitting still for a photo session; at least we got a few of them smiling together!

December Visit

We had such a wonderful visit with Nannie and Grandpa Tom last weekend - complete with outdoor activities, cookie baking, Meijer Gardens, a visit to the mall, and a visit from Grandma, Carol, and Bebe - wonderful Christmas memories.  We can't wait to see them again in February.

Santa Claus

We had a nice visit with Santa yesterday.  Charlie walked right up to him and gave him a hug - he's not afraid of him anymore!  It was a much better experience than last year's visit.

Halloween Pumpkin

 

Sean and Mer had a fun time carving the pumpkin tonight.  We're all ready for the big day tomorrow!  Now, if only the forecasted snow and high winds will hold off tomorrow night....

Visit to GP & Zoo Boo

 

 

We had a fun-filled weekend!  We traveled to Grosse Pointe on Saturday and enjoyed a nice visit with Grandpa Wilberding, Grandma Brown, and Uncle John.  On Sunday, we went to Zoo Goes Boo at John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids with aunts uncles and cousins.  Mer and Charlie were Anna and Olaf from Frozen and Gavin was a minion from Despicable Me while Aubrey dressed as a cute duck.  The sunshine was great!

 

 

Cider Mill

We enjoyed a nice fall afternoon at a cider mill and apple orchard yesterday.  The kids enjoyed petting animals, checking out pumpkins, and seeing all of the other kids - it was very crowded!

Birthday Party

We had a great time celebrating Mer's birthday with her friends at Catch Air on Saturday afternoon.  Mer chose a Minnie Mouse theme, a yellow sheet cake with flowers on it and chocolate ice cream.  Thanks to Eric, Patsi, and Bryan we were able to keep track of all of the kids!
