Fall Visit with Nannie

We had a wonderful weekend with Nannie!  Lots of activities and fun visits with family - Nannie will send more photos out to the family with a Smilebox email :-)

Fall Soccer

Meredith started her soccer class yesterday at the "Y."  She had a good time learning some basic skills with other preschoolers in her group, but I think that she was most excited about wearing her new soccer outfit from Target.

2 Month Check-up

Here I am, Nannie!  Charlie had his 2 month checkup yesterday.  He didn't enjoy the round of immunizations he received, but after a bottle and a nap, all was forgiven.  At 2 months, Charlie is 16 pounds (97th percentile) and 25.5 inches (98th percentile).  BIG BOY!

Celebration on the Grand

We enjoyed a nice afternoon in Grand Rapids with Lala taking in the Celebration on the Grand activities.  Mer enjoyed playing on the inflatable bounce houses and was fascinated by the "statue" that moved.

Labor Day

Meredith, Charlie, and I spent a nice afternoon on the Grand River enjoying the nice weather on Labor Day.  The GRF Presidential Museum was hosting a festival which included free kiddie Ferris wheel rides, much to Mer's delight.

Mer at the Hudsonville Fair

We had a great time at the Hudsonville Fair with Bryan, Patsy, and Gavin.  Mer loved all of the rides, checking out the livestock, and even getting her face painted.  She definitely did not want to leave - we'll be back again next year!
