Willy Wonka
Mer enjoyed participating in Breton Downs production of Willy Wonka, Jr - very similar to the plot of the Gene Wilder movie of "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" aka Roald Dahl's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." She starred as one of the "Candy Man Kids" in the second grade chorus. There were 205 kids from her elementary school that participated in this play - three performances! Well done. We celebrated afterwards by enjoying the first Jersey Junction cone of the spring / summer season.

Looks like the play was a huge success. Love the photo of Mer and supportive little brother, Charlie. Kudos for flowers and ice cream.
